In order to apply for a computer, please provide us with answers to the following questions. All applications must be received no later than May 18, 2001. Students who are eligible to receive a free computer will be notified by mail. 1. How long have you been attending Olympic College? 2. Which campus do you attend? 3. What is your current G.P.A.? (Attach transcript or mail to us with copy of online application) 4. What is your field of study? 5. What is your family income? 6. IN 500 WORDS OR LESS PLEASE TELL US: a. Why you need a computer? b.
